Skip the concrete truck
A couple bags of cement and some piles of sand and stone to finish the last piers. These couldn’t be done until the retaining wall was finished as they were in its backfill area.

Had just parked the tractor and headed for whatever cover a roofless house could offer when a ladder flew off the upper level and landed on the hood, denting it in the process.
